Step2: Submit the DS-160 form online DS 160 FAQ and
Step 3: Create your online account
Step 4: Submit your visa fee.
Step 5: Schedule an appointment date.

Entering to USA:  Before entering to US, please convey basic US culture

Basic etiquettes – Always use Good Morning/Good Afternoon or Hi/Hello for greetings and thank you to finish your conversation otherwise you will be noticed as rude person in America.

Basic Immigration question:
Say Hi to CBP officer, as soon as you are being called to immigration window
Handover your passport and filled custom declaration form 6059b, you will get this form on airline before landing where you have to declare what all items you are bringing to US.
Basic question from immigration officer –

1: What is duration of your trip – 3 month
2: do you have return ticket – Yes, do you want me to show you ? Normally officer will say “No,its fine”. but keep it handy with you on phone or printout.
3: Where you are going, address – My son’s place – <Address>
4: What you will be doing in your trip – Tourism, we will be exploring US.
5: do you have any acceptable item in your bag – No
6: do you have insurance – If you have show them printout otherwise your answer will be My son bought it, I don’t have it with me right now but My son has details.
7: Once he will be done with all his question – He will ask you for fingerprinting and photo – (you have to place your left then right hand on it, he will guide you)
8: Don’t forget to say Thank you as soon as you are done.

CBP – customs and border protection officer, he will perform immigration custom and agriculture components checks
