3.Cars:If you are new in USA,you can buy new car or use old one.If you are using used car,make sure to have all the paper from your seller.Check the vehicle history report by using vehicle identification number(VIN), the miles which the car drove,car conditions and year make and model.Check used car on Craiglist,AutoList,CarMax AutoTrader.

B.Buying House:Buying House in USA is the best option rather then renting an apartment.You can get on 5% down payment.When you buy house there are few things which you need to consider.

1.If the house is old (1950),please try to remove heating oil tank if it is the source of heating.You can negotiate with the seller before you entered in your new house.In 2017,the oil price are too high that we could end up spending $1500-$2000 for heating just for 3 to 4 months.
