Vegas is fantasy land also called sin city of USA , Las Vegas was given to the area in 1829 by a Mexican scout named Raphael Rivera, Las Vegas means the meadows in Spanish. There is Colorado River which can be seen from grand canyon. Vegas emerged from the desert just over 100 years ago.

The first casino was Pair-o-Dice Club, built in 1931. first casino on Strip was El Rancho Vegas opened in 1941 and stood for 20 years. Vegas main attraction “The Strip” is 4.2 miles (6.8 km) in length, It is in south of the Las Vegas city.

Another attraction -Hover Dam was built in 1930, President Herbert Hoover signed the bill for Boulder Dam later dam name renamed the Hoover Dam

  7. Mirage’s volcano – 3400 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The volcano is scheduled to erupt at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. An additional 10 p.m. show will be offered Friday and Saturday.
